As part of the legislature’s Junior Operators’ law enacted in 2006, the legislative commission on drowsy driving has been established to explore policy options to prevent deadly crashes caused by tired and impaired drivers.
MASS PINN co-chair Lewis Howe is coordinating this effort, along with Sen. Richard T. Moore. Link to the Draft report:

The legislative commission on drowsy driving will hold a public hearing on the commission’s draft report, at 10:00 am, November 6, 2008, Room a-1 of the State House.
